Oil Paintings
My paintings show a lot of versatility because I chose teaching as it seemed the wisest path for generating a stable income which is a critical choice that many artists have to take during their career and in their life. I had to make difficult choices after Hurricane Andrew devastated Miami. Since I enjoyed teaching, it seemed more viable to pursue a teaching career as opposed to a selling career. It proved out that giving of one’s talents to enhance others in their artistic quests built a very fulfilling career with the benefit of being able to explore new avenues of thought, experimenting with applications of paint, mediums, color, etc. and so on; which I might not have been able to experience in the selling venue.
